Main physical and mechanical properties
1. Appearance color: component A is transparent to off-white; component B is light yellow to yellowish brown.
2. Weight ratio: A:B=2:1, increasing the amount of component B can shorten the curing time.
3. Positioning time: 50±20 minutes at 25°C.
4. Full curing time: 48 hours at 25°C.
5. Shear strength: 15-20Mpa (7 days at room temperature or 3 hours at 80°C).
Instructions
1. Surface treatment: Wipe the sizing surface until it is free of rust, water, and oil. Those with severe rust must be polished.
2. Mixing: Weigh A and B components according to the specified weight ratio and mix them thoroughly to make the color completely consistent.
3. Coating: Spread the mixed glue evenly on the surface to be glued, align and close the glue.
4. Curing: it can be put into use after curing for the specified time. When the ambient temperature is lower than 15°C, the curing time can be extended appropriately.
Insulation at 80°C for 3 hours can shorten the curing time and obtain the best coating performance.
Matters Needing Attention
1. It is not advisable to mix too much each time, and the mixed glue will be used up within the positioning time.
2. The adhesive sticks to the hands or tools, and can be cleaned off with a cleaning agent, acetone and other solvents before curing.
3. The adhesive is a safe and non-toxic substance after curing. Avoid contact with skin before curing. Children are strictly prohibited from playing.
4. Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of one year.
