RTV-1 solar module sealant
It is specially used for solar photovoltaic module frame sealing and junction box bonding. HY595 silica gel has been used for many years in the field of solar photovoltaic module manufacturing. The product meets the special requirements of the photovoltaic industry for polymers: in line with the double 85 standard, high adhesion, UV resistance, yellowing resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof, hail impact resistance, insulation performance and long-term outdoor service life.
Main performance features:
1. Neutral silicone material, non-corrosive to metal, environmentally friendly.
2. Room temperature curing, fast surface drying, fast deep curing, to meet the needs of assembly line production.
3. Unique rheological system, thixotropic paste, good extrudability, smooth colloidal surface.
4. Good sealing, good adhesion to aluminum, glass, TPT/TPE backing, junction box plastic.
5. Yellowing resistance, after 180 ℃ high temperature aging and ultraviolet light aging, there is no obvious yellowing on the surface of the colloid.
6. The colloid has good adhesion to aluminum, glass and EVA through the double 85 high temperature and high humidity test.
7. Flame retardant performance reaches UL94 V0 level, UL certificate number: E329851.
8. Passed the EU ROHS environmental protection directive and CE safety certification.
