Product description
HY593 is a single component of silicone sealant, which is called RTV-1 sealant for short. It contains no solvent, no isocyanate, anti pollution, green environmental protection after curing, and good heat resistance and good aging resistance. It is suitable for sealing the car body, railway carriage, elevator car, container, ship and ventilation equipment after painting.

No solvent, no PVC, no isocyanate, no toxicity, neutral and environmental protection.
Surface is not lacquer, but it is compatible with most industrial lacquer. Spray paint dry and glue.
Excellent in thixotropy and extrusion, suitable for wide temperature range.
No need for primer, excellent adhesion to most metals and PVC, ABS and polyester materials such as aluminum and varnished steel plates.
Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, excellent tensile and compression restoring force.

Note: all mechanical and electrical properties are measured at 7 degrees Celsius at 25 degrees Celsius under 55% humidity conditions.
Operation process
Clean the surface: clean the surface of the sticky material, remove rust, dust, water and grease.
Sizing: cut the rubber mouth and put it in the glue gun. Squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface and make it evenly distributed (or penetrate into the gap).
Adhesive seal: it must be bonded within 20 minutes after sizing, and will be adhered and fixed.
Curing: curing at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve maximum strength. Summer temperature is high, curing will be faster; winter temperature is low, curing will be slower.
Matters needing attention
Silicone rubber moisture absorption and solidification, and the unused glue should be sealed and stored. Store in a cool and dry place for 6 months.
